Human beings are unique among all the creatures and his intellect and planning very clearly prove this. Moreover, the Bible teaches, ‘he has a spirit in him which was formed by the creator, distinguishes him from all other beings.' The spirit in man never perishes and it is very important to point out that whatever man does, during his life time on earth will be accountable to the spirit of man after the death of his body. Bible teaches that ‘all should stand in front of the judgment seat’ (Romans 14:10). All who have sinned will be judged on the Day of Judgment. The penalty of sin is eternal death. Bible addresses it as second death; that is eternal hell. (Revelation 20:10-15). God is righteous and He is just to punish all sinners in hell.

Although God is righteous, He is so gracious too. In His love and mercy He likes to save man from his sin and death. Therefore to fulfill His righteousness, God sent His only begotten son to die for the sinners. Thus, Jesus Christ died on the cross and therefore now we have the hope of eternal salvation. Whoever believes in Jesus Christ will be saved. This is the assurance we have in Christ!

This is the message of salvation to all. We are not sure of the end of our life. “Whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life it is even as a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.(James 4:14). It is now time to make the most important decision of your life. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and make sure of your eternity. God bless you through His son Jesus Christ.
